Aga Strauss presents ‘Andalusian Illusion’ at Casa de Las Tejerinas

The opening will be on Thursday the 13th at 7:00 pm. The exhibition will be open until March 26th with free entry. The City Council of Estepona announces that Aga Strauss, a Polish artist residing on the Costa del Sol, will showcase her painting collection ‘Andalusian Illusion’ starting next Thursday, March 13th, at 19:00 in Room 2 of Casa de Las Tejerinas, situated in Plaza de las Flores. Known for her innovative style, Aga Strauss, who previously displayed ‘Colors of Emotions’ in the same venue in 2022, will present 15 works of varying sizes, predominantly acrylic on canvas, reflecting her passion for art. Visitors will witness the artist’s evolution in this exhibition, as Aga Strauss skillfully translates her emotions into a vibrant palette of colors and light. The exhibition will run until March 26th, Tuesday to Friday from 9:00 to 20:00, and Saturday from 9:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00, with free admission. Aga Strauss, also known as Agnieszka Rozek-Strauss, was born in Zgorzelec, Poland in 1973, and has always had a keen interest in drawing and painting. Graduating from the Academy of Fine Arts in Lózd, Poland, she focused on industrial and jewelry design. Moving to Andalusia with her family in 2006, Aga Strauss has dedicated herself to painting and drawing in her studio, using her art as a form of self-expression and healing. She is a member of APLAMA and teaches art classes at Centro de Artes de Mijas. Over the years, Aga has showcased her work in various exhibitions in Spain and the Netherlands, demonstrating her talent and unique artistic vision.
