The recent City Hall structure has reached its second anniversary, showcasing its success through the handling of more than 90,000 documents and an average of 150 daily visitors. These new installations have enhanced citizen service by centralizing all municipal departments within one convenient location. This setup enables residents to efficiently navigate through various administrative tasks. Ana Vilaseca, Deputy Mayor of the Economic Area, highlighted the impressive statistics from the past two years, including 76,005 in-person visits, 37,855 appointments attended, and a daily average of 150 individuals seeking assistance. The efforts to streamline processes have significantly reduced waiting times for citizens, with some procedures taking only 11 minutes. Additionally, the City Hall has embraced digital transformation, with over 56,427 electronic submissions and 91,000 communications issued electronically. The building spans 13,068 square meters, with 9,157 above ground and 3,911 below ground, featuring a public parking facility with 131 spaces. The ground floor accommodates public services such as reception, registry, and technical support, fostering accessibility and connectivity throughout the premises.
